Double burners with cast iron body and brass burner type vertical flame stabilized. Power: 3.5 kW 2 burners, 2 burners 5.5 kW and 8.5 kW 2 burners.
Taps valve with a pilot flame for ignition of the burner.
Plan removable drip trays in stainless steel AISI 304 printed with rounded corners.
Static gas oven GN 2 / 1 heated by the burner (7.7 kW) flame stabilized controlled by thermostatic valve with safety, adjustable from 100 ° to 340 ° C, a battery of electronic ignition pilot.
Guides three positions and can be removed for complete cleaning of the room.
