Do I need to register to use your site?

No, registration is optional but name, email, contact phone number and delivery address is required at Checkout Point.

What do I benefit when I register?

Registering on our site enables us to log details of your transaction/complaints and enable us to send you newsletter and promotional information.

Will my details be shared with 3rd party?

No, our site is not affiliated to any 3rd party sites or company. Your information is strictly confidential and would not be used for any analysis outside our domain.

How do I search for products on your site?

Select the “Online store” link on the menu bar and select the product category you intend to search or Click “Online Store” link on the menu bar and select the product brand on the right-hand pane. You could also enter the Product code in the Search products box on the right-hand pane.

How do I place an order on your Store?

Once you have found your preferred product, follow the steps below:

• Click on the ‘add to cart’ tab to add the product to your cart.
• At checkout, you will need to fill in your personal details and shipping address if you are a new customer or log into your account if you are a returning customer.
• Click on your preferred payment option before clicking the ‘Place order’ button

How do I register?

Kindly click on my account tab located at the footer of our homepage.
A page opens up which provides you with the option to, login if you are an existing customer or register as a new customer either by filling the form with some personal information.
After updating the required fields, click on the submit tab to create your account.

Shipping & Delivery

Can you deliver to me outside Lagos?

Yes, We deliver products to customers anywhere in Nigeria.

Can you deliver outside Nigeria?

No, we do not deliver outside Nigeria.

What is the expected Delivery period after my order is placed?

Our standard delivery period is 3-5 working days. However, for regions outside Lagos this might vary slightly by 48hrs. As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a call or an email from our sales representative to confirm that your package is set for delivery. You will also be contacted by our dispatch personnel before the product leaves our warehouse.

Do you have an office address?

Yes we do. Our Head office is located at 55, Adeola Odeku Street, V.I, 18b Creek Road Apapa. We also have branches in Major cities in Nigeria i.e 7a, Azikiwe Road, PH and Plot 740, Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja.

Can I place an order online and pick up from any of your store?

Yes, you can. Once we are informed of your desire to pick up the item, a mail will be sent to the branch manager with the transaction details. You will need to present a copy of the Waybill and Invoice at the branch for authentication (stamp and signature).

How do you charge for Delivery?

We currently deliver free of charge within our area of presence i.e Lagos, Abuja and PH. For other locations, delivery will be charged based on the weight, size and distance from our closest location. This should be predetermined before payment is made.

What if I am not home at the time of delivery?

As stated above, Our representative will call you as soon as the goods is ready for dispatch. Also,  our logistics personnel will call you before leaving our warehouse. If you are unavailable to receive your item, and there is no one who can receive the item on your behalf, a re-delivery will be scheduled, at your cost, within 3 days.

Please ensure to furnish us with reliable and accurate information with regards to delivery time and your availability so as to avoid the above occurrence.

Can the goods be delivered to my office address?

Yes. Your goods can be delivered to any address you specify. To make this possible, you must enter your preferred address as your ‘shipping address’ before you checkout.

I have not received my item yet. What can I do?

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not accept “payment on delivery” due to challenges with “cash in transit” management.

How do I make payment?

We have two payment options to choose from: Online Transfer, into an account – details provided on our site – or payment via local and international Mastercard, VISA and Interswitch Verve cards. When you checkout your order on our website, these options are displayed and you can choose an option that is suitable for you.

Can I make payment in installments?

No, we do not accept installment payment for online transactions

Are the prices displayed on your site negotiable?

No, our prices have already been discounted to make them as competitive as possible.

Will my card details be safe?

Yes, we use ‘Secure Socket Layer’ (SSL) technology, in line with Interswitch requirements, to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe.

Why was my card declined?

There can be several reasons why your card could be declined. Issues may range from use of a wrong PIN or inaccurate card information or network/service provider interconnectivity. For further details, please contact your card issuer.

What is your returns policy?

We currently have a returns policy of 7 days from the date of delivery to return the product(s). If you are dissatisfied with any product you receive, you can request for a replacement as long as it meets our “Return goods replacement” conditions. You can view our returns policy on the “Sales Return Policy” page on our site

I have received a faulty item, what do I do?

If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, contact us via phone or mail, depending on the nature of complaints we can send our technician to the site to verify the claim, as we are aware that most complaints is as a result of inadequate knowledge on product operation, or we could request you to return the product to our nearest location for repairs and troubleshooting. If  the claim is verified, a replacement will be made available as soon as possible. If any product is unsatisfactory- due to defective workmanship or installation materials, we will not accept liability for such and if we must repair, it will be at a charge. Products that pass quality check, and are deemed satisfactory will be returned to you for your use.

What if the proposed replacement is out of stock?

If the replacement for the faulty item is out of stock, we would suggest a closely related model of the same brand in replacement for the faulty product.

I have received my goods but I do not like them

You can return this product to us and pick another from the range on offer; as long as it is in the same state it was delivered and meet our return policy, we will accept this return and replace. Price differences, if any, will be settled accordingly.

I have received my order but the wrong item was delivered to me

Please call or send us an email to schedule a retrieval of the item. For the item to be returned, it must be in ‘as delivered’ state.

Can I get a cash refund for Products returned?

Yes, as long as the goods are returned within 48hours and are in an ‘as delivered’ state.

How long have I got to send an item back and get a refund?

48 hours after the goods were delivered. Refund will be made within 5 working days after the goods’ integrity has been verified.

Are your products covered by warranty?

Yes, all our products are covered by a 1-year warranty. If the product is defective within this period it will be repaired free of charge but note that warranty does not cover defect as a result of wrong usage, physical damage or power related issues.

What if the product develops a fault after the warranty period?

Kindly contact us via mail, call or social media, we will troubleshoot the product, send you the cost for repairs and upon agreement and payment, we will repair the product. We have a qualified team of competent and highly skilled personnel in our technical department for all our range of products.
